That's because it's not freeware.

I dunno.  I'm quite content to run XFree86 with the fvwm95 window manager
myself.

Oh, CDE *looks* appealing, but at $200, I think I can live without it.

There's also a freeware version included with Lesstif (sorry, no URL
handy).  Unfortunately, Lesstif is still under development (still < 1.0
version), and is rather buggy in certain areas.  Don't expect *every*
Motif-based app to run flawlessly with it.
