Win95.  Compatible?  With what exactly?  Stable?  More so than OS/2, 
FreeBSD, Solaris, MacOS?  You're high if you believe it.  NT is $200 for 
Workstation.  NT server is fucking expensive.  Then you have to start 
buying client licenses.  Let's not forget that NT handles about the fifth 
the load of a UNIX box before it melts down.  The only thing Billy has 
done is get sheep like you to follow.
