Hi,

Could anybody please help me setting up a serial line with PPP?
I'm on the server side, and I've got a Newbridge 2601 DTU attached to a
serial port of a BSDI 2.0, and pppattach doesn't seem to work. It says
"interface is busy" (when it's not!!) and drops the DTR. I tried using
ppp(8) instead, but I don't know how to direct it to a specific tty. I
tried setting dv=/dev/tty01 on the ppp.sys file, but still it sends the
ppp startup sequence to my own terminal. Any thoughts will be
appreciated!
