If Microsoft had a monopoly, do you think the prices would stay down?

Is ease of use worth the price of freedom?

I think not.

It would be one thing if the effects your poor choices and lack of
ability were limited to your own little world, but they are not.
Every time you buy a Microsoft product, convince another person to buy
a Microsoft product, or simply advocate for Microsoft in a public
forum, you cast a vote for tyrany. The computer is continually
becoming more and more a part of life. The people that control this
medium will control the world.
