: Can anyone recommend a good non-SCSI tape drive for use with FreeBSD?

you're in a tough spot.. most tape drives that are non SCSI suck..
you can get a cheap NCR SCSI card, and a 250MB SCSI tape for like 100$
total.. its an easy solution..
I thought I could avoid SCSI for that kind of thing, but SCSI is really
the only way..
QIC-Wide has been put in some nice SCSI tape drives.. 2GB for 179 or
something.. www.corpsys.com is a place for good SCSI deals..
