You assuming windows is easier to use than linux. I am far from a
linux expert, but so far I have found linux far easier to *use* than
it's microsoft competition. For example I installed a knew video card.
In linux not only did the driver for this new card work (matrox
millenium), but the driver for the old card worked as well. In win95 I
wound up having to change the drivers for my video card and monitor,
and the damn thing still is working quite right. Windows may have
betyer graphics, but so far, even from a complete unix newbie like
myself, linux has given me far fewer problems to deal with, everything
works fairly much like it should, problems aren't guessing games.
