Not yet. If someone send two 3C905 network cards and a full-duplex
hub, it will be implemented in a few days :-)

Setting `fullDuplexEnable' bit (0x0040 of MacControl Register,
i.e. offset 6 of window 3) must enable it. TxReset and RxReset should
be issued after changing this bit.

Note that if you set this bit with a dumb repeating hub, you may be
involved in network problems.
