Nope, not at all. Download the reflector package, untar it and set
up a reflect.conf file. Start your reflector with ./reflect.MC &
Be sure to include 127.0.0.1 in the managers list to be able to
use "refmon" to control your refector. When your reflector is running,
a "./refmon -s 127.0.0.1" should work (it must connect to your reflector).

(reflect.MC is the Multicast version).
