I am trying to do a dedicated outgoing ppp connection on BSDI 3.0.
If I issue the ppp command interactively fom the console it works.
When I put it in the netstart file it fails. With the -x option it
says that there are no ports available. I put in a gettystat which
shows port tty01 available. I put is a ps which show gettyd to be
running. This worked on 2.1. Any ideas?

Thanks,
