I have been having a problem mounting my msdos partition. When I try to
mount it it tells me that the device is not configured. Somebody told me
that you could mount the dos partition while installing freebsd from the
CD when you are labelling your partitions. I did that. I could see all the
files in my dos partition by that. But at times when I tried to look at
the files, it would report file not found. Then I tried to copy files to
another directory, and after copying a few files, it starts reporting
errors, and there goes my system. I have to reinstall the bsd.

The version of the bsd is 2.1.5. I have a pentium 100 and the harddisk of
2 GB. I have it at LBA mode.
