The "upgrade" will upgrade all system bin directories and attempt
to "merge" /etc changes.  You'll be left with a list of files to
merge manually.

Some of the ports will have to be rebuilt too.  Be careful.  You
can do a "make reinstall", but it's best to copy the config files
somewhere safe first.  In general, anything that uses kmem will
need to be rebuilt.
