I was going to look for something like this, and if it wasn't there,
suggest it.  I have two scripts - net-attach and net-detach that
config the interface and discover what network I've plugged into.
It's possible to just run net-attach on startup, but that's not
the real answer.  I've been meaning to look into this mobile-IP
stuff and have access to put dhcp servers on both networks.... time
permitting, I'll get something to work soon.
