All-

I'm new to UNIX, though expert in DOS, Windows, MacOS...you get the
picture.

Do drivers work in FreeBSD the same way in UNIX as they do in
otherOSes?  I realize the SAME drivers won't work.  Specifically, can I
still run my Turtle Beach CD-ROM and Sportster, will I need new
software, if so where can I get it, and how do I install it?
