I use version FreeBSD 2.1.5 on a Compaq LTE Elite 4/75CX:

1) my kernel reports "sio0: not found on 0x3f8", but the BIOS settings
define the COM1 at exactly this address

2) is it possible to redirect console messages to the tty where I currently
work? Actually, all messages go to ttyv0

3) anyone knows where I find information about what I have to set in
terminfo/termcap to make the terminal settings match my PC? Where do I get
a table telling me what escape sequences or scan codes are produced if I
hit any key?

Any input eppreciated
Andreas
