First, you might try to use the 100dpi fonts in favor of the 75dpi
ones.  Simply reorder them in the fontpath.

Apart from this, changing the application defaults might be the best.
They can be found in /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults/.

You can also override the fonts from the xterm command line, using the
-xrdb switch.  However, if you're gonna override all 6 fonts, it's an
impressive commandline. ;-)
