Hi All,

I stumbled across the lsdev command the other day.

It reported the following.

Device State Description

cpu0 Busy Pentium 735\90 or 815\100
chip0 Unknown Intel 82437 PCI cache memory controller
chip1 Unknown Intel 82371 PCI-ISA bridge
chip2 Unknown Intel 82371 Bus-master IDE controller
vga0 Unknown VGA-compatible display device
isa0 Busy ISA bus
sc0 Busy Graphics console
sio0 Busy Serial port: National 16550A or compatible
sio1 Busy Serial port: National 16550A or compatible
lpt0 Idle Parallel printer adapter
fdc0 Idle NEC 72065B floppy disk/tape controller
fd0 Idle 1.44MB (1440K) 3.5in floppy disk drive
fd1 Idle 1.2MB (1200K) 5.25in floppy disk drive
wdc0 Unknown ST506/ESDI/IDE disk controller
wd0 Unknown ST506/ESDI/IDE disk
wcd0 Idle ATAPI compact disc: OTI-SCYLLA
npx0 Busy Floating-point unit

Is there a problem with the probe ?
I've got a Pentium 150 Mhz chip..
Is the cpu0 probe reporting the correct chip type ?
