BSDI 3.0 looks pretty impressive.

Unionfs, nullfs, etc. appear to fixed.  I heard they they use it
extensively to build releases.  You can mount a writable layer above a
CD-ROM, etc.

Radius Client Capability integrated into login classes.

Posix threads.
