Of course it is for C++! You should simply get the gcc-2.7.2 sources
along with libg++-2.7.2 and unpack, ./configure, and make. It works!
I recommend to read the INSTALL file of the GCC sources, and I read it
every time (for I can't remember it :-). Hmm, I think by the time,
there is an 2.7.2.2 release of gcc, just pick the newer one.
