Hi,
probably a really stupid question but,
I am running freebsd and have a sound
card (awe32/sb-16) and would like to make
  my PC keyboard generate notes.

I've built the "snd" enabled kernel and the
dev entries, I pkg_add'ed a bunch of sound
  utilities, nas, rplay, etc...

I want to MAKE music, not play/convert others
sounds. Any applications or sites to get this
  sort of stuff for freeware/unix?

Thanks
