Besides the usual in-hardware RAID solutions, NetBSD's ccd
driver has this ability. I've made a BSD/OS 2.1 `port' of it
some time ago; I'll update it for 3.0 as soon as I get hands on
that as BSDI's splice driver appears not to provide redundancy.
