Does anyone know what the spec is for Microsoft Netmeeting's ULSs are?
Is there a Unix implementation for one? My friends all have dynamic
IP addresses, but we'd rather use a private server than hook
up to the public ones so that every yahoo can try connecting to us.

Thanks in advance.
