It depends.  Have a look in /etc/named.boot as a start point.
If that doesn't exist, check the named args (/etc/sysconfig) and
have a look at the config file that it's using.

db.127.0.0.1 can be created using the script provided in /etc/namedb/.
(although it's not called that) and db.cache is provided in is called
named.root.

If you don't understand all of this, you really ought to do some
reading :)
