Try looking at:
ftp://ftp.wimsey.com/pub/teco/

There are a variety of versions of TECO available there.  Some, with minor
patches, can even be compiled and run under Linux.

VideoTECO is pretty neat to use.  It tends to crash occasionally (under
Linux) which is *not* something you want in a text editor, but it provides
infinite-visible-Undo capability which is really neat to watch.
