You might look at IP-Filter. It has a NAT as a LKM or as kernel fix.
You can find it on http://coombs.anu.edu.au/~avalon/ip-filter.html . 
I try it to use it in a firewall situation as a packet filter, but it
can also work for ip masquerading.
