I would like to know wich is best for keeping my sources up to date.

I am currently on a stand alone system which constists of a 386DX40,
14.4 modem and unlimited time with my ISP.

I currently use sup, and it works fine, just want to know if one f the
other will work better (either faster or more accurat)
