I am trying to tie two machines (running 386bsd0.1) together by
their serial ports. I have tried cant get the machines to talk to each
other. They send the stuff out the ports but the machine on the other
end appears to be deaf. Niether end recieves any packets. Could someone
please be kind enough to post me an "idiots guide" guide for doing this.
I believe the problems are from my not knowing how to properly ifconfig
and route the ports.
Thanks to all who respond. Send to gclose@wvnvms.wvnet.edu or post here
if that is appropriate.
Thanks,
Gary
