Hi,

I just tryied to configure lpd on my FreeBSD 2.1.6 to print
some postscript files to a HP laser jet5m. But, it doesn't work!

lpq tells me this message :

	Waring: no daemon present
Rank	Owner	Job	Files Total Size
	1st	root	0	test.ps 14229 bytes

"no daemon present"? But I can see 'lpd' like this (with ps -aux):

	root 97 0.0 0.2 200 256 ?? Is 11:47AM 0:00.03 lpd

So, could you tell me what's the problem?

						Thanks!
