You should try to calm down and read the docs more carefully.  :-)

I setup Netscape without using any environment variables (I prefer to
keep my environment as uncluttered as possible).  Put XKeysymDB file
and the nls dir under /usr/X11/lib/X11 (also symlink /usr/X11R6 to
/usr/X11, i.e., ln -s /usr/X11R6 /usr/X11).  I moved the java stuff to
$HOME/.netscape.

Works fine.
