I'm happy with jdk102.tar.gz, never tried the jdk102.11-26.tar.gz version,
someone mentioned the appletviewer has problems?

I put a copy on

ftp-ins.etec.uni-karlsruhe.de:/pub/unix/FreeBSD/java/

if you can't find it. The programs I developed worked without any problems
on Solaris, too.
