Tell me a cheap and good one for winblows?

If you want something like wordperfect you can get Corell wordperfect for
unix now ( Caldera make a native linux version of the product) Or Applix
which make a very good office suite which is avalable for linux ( by
redhat)

If you want GPL stuff you can try the Andrew user interface system.

Or simply stick to thoes which is what I would do.
