I'm running BSD/OS 2.0 and am having trouble with the passwd command. If
you run it from your account to change your password it takes the old
one, then the new one twice, then comes back with:

passwd: updating passwd database
passwd: password changed elsewhere. no changes made

I can change the password on any account from root, but not from the
account itself. Any help in ferreting out the solution will be greatly
appreciated.
