Think about that... you want to right to release the code you wrote
under the terms you decide, and you object to someone else issuing
code they wrote under the terms that they decide.

A little like my youngest at five, "what's mine is mine and what's
yours is yours when I don't want to play with it." Fortunately age
brought maturity in that case.
