latency or protocol factors.  A 50% fudge factor (leaving some room
for growth) would mean you need to double those fiqures.

Also, are we talking a 24 hour day or an 8 hour business day or from 
08:00 EST to 18:00 PST (beginning of business on the east coast USA 
to close of business on the west coast USA) ... what?
