I don't know, but when you figure it out, post the answer here, because
I'm curious.  We have an NT Server set up in a lab, with two network cards
in it, trying to figure out what it is exactly that NT does differently
when it comes to routing.  For one thing, there is something squirrelly
about the "IP forwarding" "feature" in NT -- it just doesn't work like you
expect a gateway to work.  Worse, the implementation in Win95 is slightly
different -- for Win95 to use my FreeBSD gateway, I have to define the PPP
side IP-address as its gateway...but, the WinNT host insists on using the
FBSD ether card address as its gateway.

Personally, I suspect that NT tcp/ip is nonstandard. But, I couldn't prove
that.
