Yes, i have seen this. Its a problem.
The reason is Wrong termcap entry! (yes it's easy to get into
this) I don't remember the fix, but you can continue.

You can end by several "esc", it will ask for file name,
adjust it and save.

When you have the first copy of /etc/Xaccel.ini you 
can start x. Further refinements could be done with "vi".
