It's plagued with security problems.  I'd look for an archive of
the freebsd-security mailing list and work from there if you still
want to install it.  2.1.6 is a bugfix release.  I'm running 2.2-BETA
right now with no problems.  2.1.6 apparently just started shipping
on CDROM.
