Hi big friends

I have a problem:

I have a "little" PC with FreeBSD and take it as WWW-Server (Apache)
for a local network with IPs 192.168.168.x and school-PCs on it. On
the WWW-Server I take some pages from my really web-server to show
them for looking people at school.

Now I want that it works like a cache- or proxy-web-server, so when I
look for a site wich is not on the local server it dials out over the
serial line and connects with login: and password: as ppp to my
provider to get online on the internet.

It must work also, when there is no connection to the provider with
the pages I took in from hand.

Can you help me on configuration?

Many thanks.
