I've pulled IPFW and QUOTAS out of the build and now the kernel seems
stable.  I'm going to put them back one at a time to see if I can generate
another panic.  

One question though, could IPFW give you trouble on a machine that's not
configured as a router?  I'm trying to use IPFW as a simple packet filter
on all interfaces (in this case just one Ethernet card).

Or, is it possible to just get a bad kernel build?
