Bah, bad news: this is the Motif library, and it's payware.  It got
accidentally linked in (since XEmacs happily links against Motif if it
has found it on the machine building it -- and thud.freebsd.org has
Motif, so packages requiring Motif could be built there).

I'm not sure, but i think Satoshi was about correcting the package on
the FTP server.  The only other alternative is to recompile XEmacs
yourself.  (Well, or to buy Motif. :-)
