Hi,  

I have alsolooked into the differences between Linux and *BSD and one of the
reasons i have chosen Linux is that support for new hardware (drivers) is 
much faster for Linux than for any other OS. E.g. in my case i needed support
for ISDN. Linux had it far before BSD even thought about it.
