I have been looking at the release notes for FreeBSD 2.2 and I noticed
that PPP supports IP aliasing (to use FreeBSD to share an internet
connection with systems it is connected to) in this vesion.

I would like to know if there is any way to do this with FreeBSD 2.1.6
(need something a bit more stable than the 2.2 beta).

If I can't find any way to do this I will be stuck with Linux (it
supports something similiar, but it is called IP masquerading in that case).
