The shift from email (which has now become such a flood as to be
unmanageable by just about everyone in the FreeBSD Project's development
team) to send-pr(1) needs to be documented in about a dozen places,
unfortunately, as we only transitioned fairly recently from a state of
"preference" to "despairation" :-)
