The bios setup shows modes 0-4 or 0-3, and I tried executing in all of
these modes with similar results. I did not try re-installing in each
mode, so if there is some info embedded in the format, it didn't get
changed between tests. There is also an Auto mode which is what I was
using when I installed the system.
