Umm, I forgot to mention: the proxies page in my Netscape's Proxy
config setup has entries for "FTP proxy", "Gopher Proxy", and "HTTP
Proxy".  All thre have the same values for IP address and port.  The
next three (Security proxy, WAIS proxy, and SOCKS host) are empty.

Does having "FTP Proxy" as distinct from "HTTP proxy" make a
difference?  Its all inside Netscape, though...

Thats what I finally did!  I was looking for an easier way :-)

However, assuming that I do have an FTP proxy and not a HTTP-only
proxy, I still dont understand where in the info I type into
sysinstall do I give it my proxy-server's IP address?  That was the
major question that I couldnt figure out...
