Jordan,

Please don't kill the CDROM release of 2.1.6.  Based on your discussion 
of 2.2 vs. 2.1.6 (being the last and most stable of the 2.1-era 
releases) we decided to use 2.1.6 on a development project and would 
really rather have it available on CDROM.
