It's there!...and the October SNAP is no longer on the FTP site menu...
so BETA has replaced both and negated the supposed choice above.
The "Getting..." page has been revised to link to it since earlier
today,when there was a dead link to ALPHA.(Now,if only the Release
Information page would stop calling 2.1.6 something probable in the next
2-3 months,and maybe the old announcements for stuff like 2.0 ALPHA
stop having dead links to long-gone FTP menus in them!)
