You apparently don't have permission to `rsh' something on the remote
side.  Are you sure you did your rlogin attempt as the same user ID
(local and remote) as your dump?

`utility' is a FreeBSD machine, right?  Well, you really _don't_ want
to dump something to the _control_ device...  Never.  Nichevo.

Use /dev/rst0 instead.
