If you have one of the first Jaz Jet cards, then it's probably an
Adaptec AIC-7800.  However, if you've got one of the more recent Jaz
Jets, then it's an AdvanSys 960u.  By the looks of it you've got an
AdvanSys card.  Look at the chip on the card and see if it says
AdvanSys.

The card is actually very nice (and for $100 the price can't be beat).
I've used it under Win95 and even on a PowerMac and haven't been
disappointed at all.

Don't fret though, while the card isn't current supported by FreeBSD, it
soon should be (under FreeBSD-current).
