There is an incompatibility in multiple argument handling with #! in 
386BSD 0.1 PL58 that isn't there in other BSD systems.

On a normal BSD system, if we created a script foo:

#!/bin/echo -f

....made foo executable, then did a "foo arg", we would get "-f arg".

Under 386BSD, though, we only get "arg" -- all arguments on the #! command 
line are discarded.
