99% of the time you need to contract your NSP and have them add
a record for you like xxx.xxx.xxx.in-addr.arpa pointing to your name
server.. This will probably resolve the problem. Use nslookup
and lserver over to your NSP's primary name server then set type 
to PTR and check if your IP's will resolve. If they do not contact them
and have them add this record.. See ya!
